In 2020, the project became a reality and the former dreamers became entrepreneurs, creating a solid company based in Detmold. Their vision, then as now, was to produce high-quality furniture of timeless design and at the same time create a space for creativity and individuality. Today, Metallbude is a team project; the team consists of nearly 40 people whose expertise, passion and curiosity make the company unique. Over time, Metallbude has succeeded in perfecting the idea and realization of modern furniture design and in meeting quality and sustainability standards more and more effectively.
