The underlying concept behind the design of Elle was to create a bed “suspended” upon an upholstered frame, conveying a sense of lightness and elegance.
Exalted by an almond-shaped profile accentuated by artful stitching that follows the entire perimeter of the bed, the backrest is supremely comfortable and therefore lends itself well to purposes such as providing a snug support for reading: inside is a semi-flexible flap that enables the headboard to recline and perfectly accommodate the user’s needs.
