Arrital is an Italian company specializing in the design and manufacture of kitchens. Founded in 1979 in Fontanafredda, in the province of Pordenone, it entered the international market ten years after its debut, thanks to the quality of its materials, attention to detail and style that is always in step with the times. Since 2004, art direction has been entrusted to architect Franco Driusso of Driusso Associati studio, and at the same time the company undertakes a reorganization of production processes. Continuous research, innovation and made-in-Italy quality combine with an approach based on customization, and accompany Arrital towards the pivotal year of 2011, which sees a rebranding operation and a new communication concept. For this Arrital chooses to focus on the city of Milan, perceived as a springboard to large-scale international markets. The opening of the new Arrital Showcase at 22 Corso Europa, just a few steps from Piazza del Duomo, reflects the Brand's innovative and forward-looking approach. The architectural concept of AMDL CIRCLE, with the collaboration of architect Franco Driusso for kitchen design and furniture composition, results in a multifunctional environment designed to host events, cultivate relationships and stimulate the imagination. Today Arrital is part of the Italian WeDo Holding group, which brings together other companies in the sector, and is present in more than 40 countries around the world thanks to a well-developed network of dealers, showrooms and flagship stores.
Arrital modular kitchen solutions and systems
The catalog opens on the brand's most articulated project, the Ak_Project complete system, design Franco Driusso, based on three cornerstones: design, functionality and ergonomics. The Ak_Project range is characterized by an essential design in which the decorative aspect is entrusted to the materials and finishes, collected in the vast Arrital materioteca. The possibility of using the same finish for doors, tops and interior shells gives life to kitchens with a monolithic appearance, capable of blending perfectly into open space environments. In addition to low cabinets and wall units, equipped islands, columns and corner columns, modules with retractable recessed doors, cantilevered snack tops, and other elements are available. Elegant GEM display cabinets, equipped with multifunctional wooden shelves and integrated LED profiles, complete the collection. Wide choice of accessories, such as the Focus On lighting system, equipped channel integrated into the worktop, and interior fixtures. This is followed by Arrital's iconic project, the AkB_08 model, designed by Franco Driusso in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Andrea Berton, selected in the 2017 ADI design Index and awarded an honorable mention at the 2018 Compasso d'Oro. The Ak_04 model features an extruded aluminum frame with no visible joints, made thanks to a process protected by an international patent. Characterized by lightness combined with solidity, it is distinguished by particularly fine finishes, from Oxidized Lacquers to Metal, from Soft-Touch to Corian®, from lacquered glass to porcelain stoneware.
Feeling Home, the Arrital program that integrates kitchen and living room
By now, the kitchen is considered an integrated room in the living space, and this trend has led to profound changes in design choices. Kitchen shapes tend toward minimalism and workspaces are becoming more discreet, while finishes are coordinating with those of the living room. 2024 marks a new chapter with Feeling Home, a “Project” that fits harmoniously into the living area, combining different stylistic codes in the same environment. The new collection offers 8 different settings and styles in the catalog, stimulating not only sensations related to technology and design, but also deep emotions. Among the new additions to Feeling Home, a rich collection of Complements stands out, adding to the already present living elements in Arrital kitchen systems. The collection includes mirror modules framed by the elegant aluminum Alu_Mirror with integrated Led, the sophisticated Alu_Display TV stand panel with Alu_Project striped aluminum frame (which can also characterize the structure of the tables), the functional Vertical bookcase with Gem wall units in Bronze Lineo glass, the Strato boiserie and the Ak_Winery vertical display unit. Also prominent is the Pass System Gem entrance module, with Lineo Bronze glass doors and Brunito aluminum frame that can also be positioned between furniture columns or boiserie, offering an elegant trait d'union in the dynamic habitat of conviviality. The table collection also welcomes the new Alu_Table, featuring an aluminum frame with different finishes available for top and legs.
